There’s a shocker. NHC always nails these tracks within 48 hours, or so I’ve been told.

Check your calendar bub. It’s still hurricane season for another month and a half

Wasn't the end of hurricane season pegged at November 1 at one time? It seems like it used to be. Maybe its one of those Mandella effect deals and its always been the 30th.

They did, Joe Burrow and the gang had a perfect season and capped it off by winning a NC in New Orleans.

HWRF and HMON both initialized incorrectly. Throw their intensity out and wait until 12z. I think it’ll show a major on those two models

it was originally scheduled at Lauberge in Lake Charles and we moved it after Laura.

Friday the 9th is my scheduled move-in date for my family back into our house from a massive HO loss due to a busted water line in the attic that resulted in a complete gut and rebuild.

I have had this date etched in stone for 3 weeks now. To say I am glued to this thread for the next 72 plus hours is the understatement of 2020.

Also worth noting that the chances for rapid intensification with Delta over the next 48 hours are high.

Negative. It was a Saturday and we were all out of town. Helluva deal for us, but nothing like the ones in Lake Charles area suffered from Laura. For that, I am extremely thankful.
