I guess if you're regulated by them they can visit any time. They don't need a warrant. And I guess they can decide what you can and cannot sell, revoke your license, etc. administratively, and if you don't like it you can go to court after-the-fact.
It's a good lesson for the crowd that cries out for new laws, "common sense" regulation, and the like.

We’ve talked to the local ATC attorney here in LA, they tried telling us it is illegal to sell at our stores. We’ve fought back and fourth and they’re interpreting the law wrong. We’ve talked to a 3chi and others they’ve recommended us getting a cannabis lawyer if things were to go south.

With that being said. I know belowmebama asked.. For anyone local in Metairie would like to shop with us were next to a Greek restaurant. Come in I’ll be there on Monday! If you want to buy some come in and mention Tigerdroppings I’ll throw y’all 10% off our prices are the same as 3chi online. If things show that we can continue to sell without ATC issues I’ll expand into CO Lift.

I keep seeing stores here in Colorado selling delta 8 even though it is illegal here. We just are not interested in going that route. What we do is Grey Area enough.
Our lawyers advised us to separate CO Lift from Kosher Steele Farms in case delta 8 is done away with so we did that and just got our new website approved. This one actually accepts credit cards! Check your emails if you ordered already

This has been asked on a couple of these threads and never seems gets an answer. What’s the best device for the carts? I’m a newbie and was sold an Ooze pen at a local store. Not really happy with it as it’s finicky. I see devices that are box shaped. Can someone recommend a device and explain the difference.

Ooze is a big brand but not a great battery. Get a rig. Ive tried a ton of them and my favorite are Yocan and C-cell. I have a Yocan on me at all times

Tried a little of a Koi cart and it seemed very similar to the real thing. I would consider making a near complete switch if the drug test thing wasn’t an issue.
One of my mottos for past 25 years has been ‘a one hit a day keeps the doctor away’. Fortunately have passed about 8 tests in that time, even a couple within 24 hours use. However, I can see how those carts might be more addicting with how convenient they are.
Not sure if a one hit Delta 8 per day would be even better chance of passing due to THC content?

Try a CCell Palm. Just remember to take the piece off that screws into the cartridge before you throw old cartridges away.
The hit on a CCell is ideal for me. A lot of Yocans will hit even harder. But the one that I had also seemed to burn through cartridges a lot faster than any other battery that I've had.
