Doc, you have no idea how many times friends, neighbors, fellow parents, etc have called me after hours to go to their home and see about an ailment.
Granted, these might not be your average patients. But these people call me because they know what I can do for them. Sometimes all I can do is say "yep, go to the doctor tomorrow."
