I view this like the case Crispin Glover had against BTTF2. They used his image through casts they made of his face in the first movie. Reusing the character is fine, but you can’t use his image. Deep fakes are made using actual images of the people, you need their consent to do such things. This dude should be sued and he will lose. What he did is unacceptable.

Ok so he just paid for access to a deep fake site that had a lot of videos that someone else made including ones of his friends. Creepy he looked up his friends, but now his friends have the knowledge they can sue this site for charging access to stuff like this.
