Um, a bark collar? Worked for mine, and the vibration setting was enough. I want my dog to bark in certain situations.

I wish my mom would have it done on her corgi. That damn thing has a bark collar for when people are there but will bark, squeal from the shock, then repeat over and over. And she has by far the worst, most bone piercing bark I've ever heard.
