Man, from that picture it looks like you could just getting someone up on your roof to cut those limbs off with a set of pruning shears….

A pole saw on the roof would work too.

For around $50 you can get a rope saw from Amazon and handle it easily yourself.

I bought a rental property and immediately after the neighbor sent me a certified letter stating my tree was leaning in the direction of his house and I needed to cut it down. This was per his tree service. I talked with a lawyer and he said get a licensed arborist to do a survey. It was a big yard and had to take down three trees but not that one. If the arborist says it heathy she does not have to do anything.

You don't have a ladder and a chainsaw?

I would go up on my roof and cut the branch and leave my neighbor with cancer alone. KARMA has a way of catching up with you.

Most places allow this as a last resort.

Wouldn't make a bit more sense to call authorities bout this and get the real answer as opposed to this forum?"

quote:I cant imagine being such a piece of shite to even think about suing a 75 cancer patient who is on the way out because a fricking tree limb touched your roof.
I know, I get that she is sick but I’m not sure if that gives her a pass for not maintaining the property.
1. You are piece of shite
2. Get your lazy arse up on the roof and trim it your self.
3. Stop sucking cock

Thanks, this is my dilemma. I don’t think I should be the one bearing all the financial burden, but I also know she is sick and makes me feel bad.

You are the one that's actually responsible for anything that is a threat to your property.
The poor woman is on the up side of 70 with cancer and you are bothering her with this bullshite?

Those are some weak arse branches to be bitching at your neighbor about. That looks like easy pruning for someone that's not a dumb arse.

If the op is legit, I see only one solution...
Someone please shoot me and put me out of my misery.

Case in point why we need men to raise up their boys in man skills like doing right even if it costs you.
