Louisiana is an at will state. You can be fired for any reason. The company does not have to give a reason for your termination. Unless the company fired/blacklisted you because you wouldn't sleep with them or because of your sex, religion, race you have no case. My advice is move on. PS Sometimes it's better to bite your lip than make waves against corporate.
