Late last night and early this morning, the #GOESEast Satellite watched severe #thunderstorms that spawned several #tornadoes in central #Tennessee (particularly #Nashville). Here you can see #clouds and #lightning passing over the city. #NashvilleTornado

Do you have a source for a higher res picture of the comparison track between last night, '98, and '33?

The annual frequency and strength of tornados has seen it's ups and downs since 1954. 2018 was one of the slower years in recorded history.

There is literally no weather phenomenon that could occur where one of you climate change/global warming/whatever the frick it's supposed to be adherents wouldn't try to pass of as anecdotal "proof" of your claims that mankind is fouling up the climate. Literally nothing you wouldn't try to use no atter how far detached from reality your claims of climate crisis is.
Your type would rather claim twenty genders and call others science deniers for not buying into your bullshite. Anyway just a reminder, go vote for that freedom loathing Communist Bernie Sanders today then please stay the Hell home in November. Thanks!

Can anyone link to a list of confirmed fatalities? Thanks.

I’m so thankful for the sirens but there is nothing more eerie than them blaring through a still, dark night.

Confirmed 22 dead now. Local fire and rescue from multiple municipalities are combing the neighborhoods as we speak.

The south has never had destructive tornadoes in March until just recently
No use arguing.
But for that guy's information, tornado season officially began on March 1.

"The "Tri-State Tornado" killed 695 people and injured 2,027. It traveled more than 300 miles through Missouri, Illinois and Indiana on March 18, 1925. It was rated an F5 at the top of the old Fujita scale (with winds of more than 260 mph)."

All true but irrelevant, imo. Who preaches climate change to tornado victims the morning after? It’s untimely, not helpful and just a-hole behavior. Hope he’s in time out.

Said it was instantaneous for about 10 minutes. Very scary.
it rolled through just south of me, but yeah, the lightning was relentless for hours. Lightning with immediate thunder. The sky was almost lit up more than it was dark.

so tonight could be bad down around the eastern part of the Texas/Mexico border... and then Wednesday-Thursday it's Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama

Looks like preliminary rating of a high end EF-3. Still some uncertainty of whether the same storm produced two different tornadoes or if it was all one continuing tornado.
