Mainstream media now saying a code breaker has deciphered a letter written by DB Cooper that was previously not made public by the FBI. A group of investigators sued to gain the files through the FOI act and hired a national. Security code breaker to examine.
He claims the letter was coded by suspect Robert Rackstraw and his confession is in the code.
Rackstraw is 74 yo and lives In San Diego.

As bad a wrap as the FBI has been getting recently, if this were true, they would have been on him like a duck on a junebug. They need a win. This would certainly be one.
