Game time is set for 12 p.m. CST to accommodate TV scheduling for Dallas, Atlanta and potentially Houston demonstrations.

Please ensure your mobile device is fully charged and have a backup battery or power outlet nearby to watch streaming video uninterrupted.

If you decide to participate in today's protest, be mindful of your fellow Baton Rouge neighbors that are trying to get to their destination, such as the Mall of Louisiana, Cortana Mall or Wal-Mart and don't block the street(s).

A good "best practice" is to treat the space that you are standing on as if you are about to catch the CATs transportation bus, waiting in your designated area without endangering yourself or others by not being conscious of your whereabouts.

Lastly, please drink plenty of fluids and pick up your trash. Littering, like loitering and trespassing, can result in a civil fine.

Great question. I believe they may resume near Baton Rouge City Police HQ, but perhaps others that are very close to the situation can verify or add to discussion thread.

Someone should bring some of those big coolers full of Gatorade out there for them.

If it were to have a bunch of laxatives in it...well, shite happens.

Also, when passing by protestors today, if you support their cause, be sure to honk your horn. Remember it is going to be extremely hot this afternoon and any encouragement by fellow Baton Rouge citizens will be recognized and greatly appreciated.

Stand Out

Thank you, I will edit my original post and revise the start time.

Many thanks to the employers of Baton Rouge for allowing their workers to either take off early or have an excused absence of work. And even as an entrepreneur (and not one that wanted to work for the man), I'm sure Mr. Sterling would be very proud of those who are committed to speaking up on his behalf and showing complete solidarity as a community.

All of those parties with financial interests are supposed to arrive today. Things could get out of hand after dark.

Everything still right as rain here in the LP. Wouldn't know anything was going on..... Well, we do have one problem..... There is a shortage of ammo at Bass Pro, so if you were going hunting or to the range you may be SOL

Only those with a death wish would come to the LP to start trouble.

I want to know who's selling ad space for them, and if they're going to be excused from work today?

frick it, I guess I'm in. Got nothing better to do today.

Biggest question I've got right now is, what should I get from McDonald's for breakfast?

Will CATS be providing complementary bus service for those who are demonstrating on Airline at Goodwood to reach their next destination on Monterrey?

If not, are there any ways we can reach out to Uber partners to ensure adequate and sufficient transportation is available?

McDonald's serves select breakfast items all day, so don't be in a rush.

A better option is to go to Whataburger and order a bacon and egg biscuit or a 4 count Chicken Minis from Chick-fil-a.

I purchased 1000 rounds yesterday from Ammunition Depot (online).

May take a week to get to me, but I have enough on hand to get me through this weekend.

I wonder if the person he sexually assaulted when they were a minor will be the keynote speaker and describe it blow-by-blow?
