Seems like he hates floppy pizza.
Also I can't ever really get over that he only rates based off a cheese only pizza. I get that it's the best way to judge crust and sauce. But in City Slice's defense, it's the house made meats that make the pizza.

Well I mean look at that? Floppy pizza is mildly annoying because you either need to two hand it or lower it in your mouth.

To be fair his frame of reference is NY style pizza in Manhattan and Boston, you're just not going to get that type of pizza down here. It's hard to get the crust right.
