If they marked down that she got the correct shot how in the hell does someone who wasn't even there know she got the wrong one?

At LEAST 4-5 times over the course of his years of treatment, we have stopped potentially disastrous mistakes from improper medicine delivery.
Mistakes happen.
Question everything going into your body/kids body at a Dr office. READ EVERY LABEL. Prepare to defend yourself against munchousers by proxy or whatever the hell they call it.

Yeah, she started kindergarten early, then also started highschool in 8th grade. They wanted to skip her another time in 3rd grade but we didn't let them because we didn't want here to miss out on too many things kids do growing up because of her age. We're already keeping her home this first year because of her age. It would have been worse if we had let it go that other time.
