It’s almost like many of these extremely dire predictions where millions of Americans will die are based on incomplete data.

You misinterpreted that graphic. Those are the projections for total deaths (for the duration of the pandemic, not just 2 weeks) if we do nothing to combat it. Current model of shelter in place says we will have a little over 2,000 hospitalized in two weeks.

My girlfriend is a float nurse at two Baton Rouge hospitals, meaning she works in whatever unit is short staffed. She has not been able to get a shift since last Thursday because census is too low. She normally works three 12s at one hospital and two at the other.

She is debating applying for unemployment this week with a 237 max. She normally makes like 3 grand a week. God thing for her is she works so much she cant really spend money, and saves a ton.
