From what I've learned from the experts here that's close enough to be considered a Keto diet. The pounds should melt right off.

This is the one secret they don't want you to know.
If the carbs are in the form of breading attached to cooked chicken, it's keto af.

Cool, because the next town over just opened a spicy fried chicken place in the hood. It is an aunt and uncle kind of establishment.

They may need a few hangit bucks.

Too bad you don't have a Best Stop near you, the chicken strips there are certified Keto. Stay away from air friers, the hot air actually adds carbs to the chicken. Your results may vary.

That is old school as it gets.

Bad stuff, like f you up for life if not kill you bad.

Pigeons are notorious for it where they cluster poop.

2 $5 Seaside Out sushi rolls (10 pieces each) from Publix. Freshly made by Kai, who is moving to GA. Luckily, we were introduced to "Q-Q" (no idea how to spell) who eagerly gave us our rolls today and said she would see us next week. With the premium dark soy we buy at the Asian Market, it is a Wednesday lunch we look forward to.

He's mostly crazy but he makes me laugh occasionally and those two posters are nice. His latest thing is he wants to lick Bongino's forehead strictly for the testosterone.

liz--now I want some sushi.
