Feel bad for this guy.
I think if you look at the point of the criminal Justice system as reform and to keep society safe there isn’t much point in putting him in prison.
Any jail time would be strictly punitive.

That ship sailed a long time ago. These days it’s about lynching the white guys to prove a point and make whitey pay. The tables have turned.

It’s such political manipulation to push any white person in any situation harming a black guy regardless of justification or evidence needing to answer whether they are a white supremacist or not.
It’s part of the drag queen and preferred “they” pronoun insanity that also lumps Hispanics and blacks into white supremacy. White Democrats (leftists but not really a difference anymore) will do anything for power including keeping “white” out in front of anything wrong in society even when it’s crap done by non-whites.
Neeley’s death is on them not on by standers forced to act when they either do nothing or actually incite this crap.
