Bilzerian was embroiled in a legal matter with pornographic actress Janice Griffith, whom he threw off the roof of a house and into a pool as part of a photoshoot for Hustler magazine in April 2014.
That's a pretty important distinction.

he should be happy thats all that is being written about him
dude damn near killed that porn actress he tossed off a roof into a pool, didnt apologize for breaking her ankle, and even tried to blame her for getting hurt when she sued him.

There is/was a whole video that showed it all unfold. He threw the whore, she did exactly what he told her not to, she got hurt, she sued.
He didn't force her in to anything.

Had he thrown her off a roof without her consent, he would have obviously gone straight to jail. Think about it logically.
Oh and also, a quick read shows, from my understanding, throwing the porn star off the balcony and into the pool was in the contract, as dumb as that sounds lol...that also means a lot.
I also think there's a video of it that shows this as well, though I never saw it. The info is out there, like I said, it's common knowledge and moreso understood that she was in on being thrown and she actually did frick it up.

Could be semantics, regarding his use of the present tense when referring to his cleanliness. Chlamydia can be treated with an antibiotic, unlike the herp/hpv/HIV. He claims he is clean now which is likely true if he completed a course of antibiotics. Seems like a hard case to prove either way.
