Damn near witnessed a plane crash

We were standing outside our hangar this evening and an ol' boy came barreling out of the clouds (low deck ~500 ft) his aoa was too step and he was way too fast. He was in a new to him plane, unable to set ILS approaches in IMC and damn near killed himself.

For you pilots out there remember to stay inside what you can do.

You can always go around.

Too many GA incidents are VFR pilots flying in IMC.

Some guy named Ray Strong - Look at his flight path...

He told ATC it was a new plane and he couldn't work the radios. Dude was just trying to get killed I think.

Well on the bright side if he keeps this up, he won’t have to deal with the sales tax audit that is likely already in the works.
