That's funny, I've received several that must have gone to the wrong address or that I just flat out didn't get by the USPS such a shame, I would send a check right off to Cincinnati, shucks

Some of these people that send threatening letters are dumb enough to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and lend themselves to penalties of $1000 per violation. It’s comical.

They call me every few months and I ask for the same thing with my signature on it validating that I owe said debt. She rambles on for about 2 minutes and either hangs up on me or reminds me it's going to be on my credit report.
