A guy's haircut for over $20?!? Outrageous. If you don't mind a black barber I'll post my guy's location. He cuts white and Hispanic guys periodically.

I may pay the extra 11 and go to boardroom. I don't really care for all the extras. I don't want a beer, scotch, or small talk. Just cut my damn hair.

Then why are you paying near $50 for a haircut?

I'd imagine folks don't have any extra or different training than your local SuperCuts.

Floyds 99 is a solid cut.

My best friend swears by Floyd's.

I'm just a buzzcut dude so I get mine at home.

My wife cuts my hair. She also washes it, gives me a neck massage, and puts a hot towel on my face.

Forget the boardroom

I'm not paying $50 for a haircut from a person without a barber's license.

In addition, that service should last at least 45 minutes

I do to Wrights Barber Shop in Plano. Haircut is $18.00, which includes warm shaving cream on neck and ears using a straight razor. Old style barber shop, first come first served.

Floyd's is good. They have really good attention to detail and do straight razor neck shaves.

The lady I used to go see went independent so I haven't been to Floyd's in a while.

Just like a nice professional looking cut, scissors only. It's harder than it seems to find a reasonable place to get a haircut.

I really don't get why SuperCuts or Great Clips isn't an option, you've made it clear you get a simple cut.

I"m sure you can very easily find a go to person at one of those places to cut your hair.

I've tried a few places, and Floyds on Mockingbird is my favorite.

cut your own hair and wear a hat. I haven't paid for a hair cut since 1992. All the money I saved has funded my alcoholism since and now I'm about to die. Big win.
