Yeah I am from Franklin, and very familiar with Berwick and I've never hear them called that. lol

Don’t think, now that was back in the 80’s, place may’ve changed names.

I remember a place called the Broken Wheel or something like that. They played in a band there.

Check with Armymann50. His wife loves that place. They stay there every year.

If you have a boat there is great fishing nearby. If you don’t have a boat , I would like to have the opportunity to bring you in mine.

If Chester’s was still open I it would be a better spot to eat for chicken for Sunday lunch.


Although Danny’s in Morgan City has great chicken and onion rings.

four days of below zero temperatures a week ago. We did really enjoy it when we stayed there before. Will the small snack bar be open in the winter? Also did they finish up the construction there? It was a nightmare when we were there last.


They made it a Margaritaville Resort now and remodeled again.
