They had a non-covenant marriage so the divorce is a no-fault divorce. She is asking for a domestic TRO almost certainly in preparation for her defense.

I cannot imagine either one ever sees the light of day again. If her legal strategy somehow shortens her sentence she will still be 70-80 years old by the time she gets out.

They should just execute both of them. Tax payers shouldn’t have to foot the bill for them to exist and people that sick can’t be rehabilitated.
