I asked my wife if they value her business, because it appears to me that they don't

Then walk into their local office and get an answer. I'm not saying act a fool, but polite persistence will get you some resolution. Even if its not a satisfactory one. Make them deliver some type of response to your request and go from there.

Send your wife to make a personal visit. I'm sure she knows how to resolve problems.

She's very good with her hands, but orally, she's hard to understand. Her broken Engrish makes it challenging for her to get her point across.

This is an issue I am taking over for my wife. So, this may be my next step if my bank isn't able to resolve the issue for me.

And as I type this, I get disconnected from my bank.

Dispute the charge with your bank. The phrase "unauthorized transaction" usually gets their attention.

I've done this. It worked fine with Chase. The dispute will go in your favor unless they step up and challenge your claim.

I don't think they will do shite, Will.

The NFL's app did the same thing to me a few weeks ago. Cap One and Google Play both said take it up with them.

Is this the linen service that your whore of a wife uses for all of her DNA-laden towels and sheets?

Option 3: Post the name of the business and let the OT handle it.

This is the only option
