The Butterfly Pull Up is the most dynamic Pull Up variation and utilizes the entire body to transition into faster and stronger pulls. Compared with the Kipping Pull Up, the Butterfly Pull Up cuts down on half of the swing cycle and thus results in much faster reps. Compared with the Strict Pull Up, the Butterfly Pull Up maximizes the use of the kip swing and thus results in the ability to do more volume. Needless to say, this Butterfly Pull Up variation requires the most skill - which means more practice!

They kinda want these things to happen. My CrossFit "friends" on FB favorite thing is to show off their injuries they acquired from unsafe retarded workout practices. Badge of honor for them. It's a really fricked up cult ure

The girl counting those ridiculous "pull ups": six, seven, eight...

Naval special warfare instructors counting the same "pull ups": Zero, zero, zero, zero, negative one, negative two...

I think CrossFit is a just as goofy as the next guy, but its still funny that a bunch of fat plant workers who haven't seen the inside if a gym since high school will come in here and talk shite about how those aren't pullups.
