Event 2 of Regjonals this year was a 21-15-9 DB Snatch/Ring Dip couplet.

80lbs for guys.

It appears that the combination of the two movements was a bad physiological one with 20-30 guys, during regionals and prepping for regionals, have succumbed to pec injuries.

Ring dips have been a staple movement but all of this DB work, that Crossfit decided should be included in nearly every open/regional workout, hasn't been a common in Crossfit. Most CF gyms don't carry DBs over 50, anyway.

Yes, we know about this cult of stupidity. Dumbasses exercising like dumbasses and hurting themselves is not new, now y'all just have a club and sports injury doctors are happy.

Quick question:
Crossfit vs Marathon/Half Marathon runners... Which one is the bigger "LOOK AT MEEEEEEEEE!"?

You mean to tell me the people who plan cross fit workouts at the national level have no idea what they're doing? Lolz.

Oh and these sane purple train the local cross fit guys?

Double lolz.

Dan Bailey was running Murph the very next day after his withdrawal of "injury."

I'm thinking he failed a drug test for peds and Castro asked him to quietly w/d.
