Shouldn't you be working on your bench, squat and deadlift?

we get it, a marathoner possesses all aspects of fitness. That is the point that needs proven, not vice versa..there was nothing in the article that suggested otherwise. Are you a cross country guy? Serious question.

It's only a matter of time until this alter gets the boot.
..only an alter could be this retarded.

Your pwrsonal.attacks won't save you from the beating of a lifetime at the grease down pose down throw down exactly 18 months from now. Book it.

400m is the hardest race in track. A long sprint
Posted on 3/25/15 at 9:34 pm to Tiger Ryno
Bring it on. You and Mouton can grease each other up for the event.

I need about 18 months to catch up to your elite fitness. I'm only 20 lbs behind on the squat and I gave you a 10 year head start.

Well by deduction, when the Crossfit piece said said the opposite, you posted it like it was wrong., so I don't know wtf you are trying to say. You keep saying people that Crossfit aren't elite specialty athletes...a point no one fricking made
I am just trying to figure out what you are actually saying, do you know?

I really havent trained for 1RM in any of the 3 Powerlfiting movements in 8 months, and I'm higher in bench and deadlifts since winning 1st in the state in powerlifting in my weight class.

CptBengal, even with his hate of CF, will agree that these elite CF athletes were athletes in other sports before jumping into CF.
Yeah, my friends that are games finalists were all collegiate athletes.

I still compete.
Not as much as I used to.
I will only do 1 Powerlifting meet a year (usually a charity), and 1-2 Bodybuilding shows every 2 years.
