No. My issue is with the dim witted practitioners that think this is somehow a new type of workout.

This must affect you greatly in order to have such a strong stance on it, yes?

You quoted the post where I acknowledged your strong stance?

Im trying to get to the root of cause as to why you seem so bothered.

So it's because Crossfitters pretend like they made up all of these exercises and movements? Is there a website that claims this or what? Or one of your facebook buddies?

When do you usually get to your box, champ?

what root cause?

The crossfit culture leads to injury, and doesnt work for the majority of people (as evidenced by the crossfit "goids" that dont even use the methods).

It's an awful program for anything other than being good at crossfit.

The programming is bad, but you keep saying how they've been around forever and how crossfit ripped them off. I'm confused

putting together a series of compound movements isnt new.

The crossfit retarded programming without regards to form, or what muscle groups are activated in what order, or attempting to do compound movements for speed is the problem.

It's literally focusing on the part of a compound movement where injury can occur and increasing that probability.

I think lifting weights without proper form is asking for an injury whether you are crossfitting or are an olympic lifter, yes?
