Joe Townsend is a extremely genuine and hard working guy. His core staff from Townsend Homes has been with him for several years.

Cretin Townsend doesn't offer construction financing. They work with a few lenders who are comfortable with their work and draw schedule. They will also have you talk to their preferred mortgage lender who will absolutely bust her arse to help you obtain permanent financing.

Have never worked for Joe but have worked in conjunction with his team on several projects. All of the Townsend customers that I have directly dealt with were extremely impressed with the service and quality.

Do you happen to know the model of their home?

I don't have any first hand info. It there is a guy on sierra ln near covington that has a piece of plywood in his front yard with " ask me why I hate cretin homes" painted on it.
I pulled in one time and got out to ask but he had three German shepherds running out and he told me to get off his property before I could say anything. I think that says more about the guy than cretin homes, but you can take it for what it's worth.

They're just straight up about making homes for cretins? Good lord.

The model was called the Landry, but I don't think they build it anymore. It's a smaller, three bedroom house but it's all they need since it's just the two of them. Paid cash. Built it the year my father retired on family land.
