I saw 2 in my backyard in concord estates off of college drive a few years ago. They had a cat cornered but I scared them away when I came outside with my big dog.

I’ve seen foxes many times at my old house in Sherwood Forest.

Yes, I live in a small town with a lot of woods. I see them in the morning when I'm running quite often.

If you are in a remote areas where no domestic dogs will ingest this, you can do this:

Find an old mattress on side of road and cut it into 8 x 8 pieces and soak in hog lard. They will eat the heck out of it and it will kill them bastards- I have been told.

We have them in east Tennessee. Often late at night we hear them howling down along the Holston River.
The populations seemed to decline several years ago and the general feeling was they were catching heartworm from some less well cared for dogs.

Beheading cats is not a coyote, funny how when cats are killing wildlife “it’s just nature”

Mother Nature fights back….. coyotes don’t behead stuff and leave it - especially at this time of year still feeding litters

They have smaller litters when there are more and larger litters when population goes down. Mother nature is amazing.

My fishing guide up in Maine said that the coyotes there had gotten as big as wolves after interbreeding with large dogs.

They are dangerous.

Very good advice.

I want a pet coyote because of all the cats.

seems like this was an issue on the north shore at some point. breeding coydogs, coyotes without the natural fear of humans.

I'm in South Austin, they're everywhere. Especially as new development pushes them out.
