Anyone else having trouble? Heard on the radio this morning it was becoming an issue but I thought they were joking because upcoming football. Now mine is out

For what it's worth, you can get a refund off your mthly bill if you call & ask for same. They keep records of down time.

If you have either access to Rev (Eatel) or AT&T fiber drop Cox and don't look back. Them charging for going over a data cap was the final straw for me. Also having to call and argue to get a lower price is non-existent with Rev. The price is the price and the service never goes down. Cox is awful and they used to have no incentive to get better.

I can understand if Cox is the only game in town.. But if there are other choices, why anyone would go with Cox is beyond me? They suck and have always sucked.

Got rid of Cox and went to AT&T. Got rid of AT&T and went to YouTube tv about a month ago. Wish I would've done it sooner.

Rev is the best ISP I have ever had, period. There customer/technical service is also the best I have ever had from any company of any sort. Native English speakers that will stay on the line and work you through issues even if they are on your end. We have it at the camp and I wish we had it at our home. In 15 years I have only had one outage due to an issue with a part in the outdoor box, based on neighbors that live there all the time there has never been a systemic outage in the neighborhood in that time.

Off and on since the weekend with no improvement in speed,etc. when service returns. No ISP alternatives.
