I have Cox Contour. I remember hearing something about Netflix coming with Cox now. I noticed many Netflix shows are On Demand now. I have Netflix. Am I wasting money on Netflix? Is the entire Netflix library included with my Cox situation now?

You can watch all of the Netflix content through contour now. You do need a Netflix subscription though.

Accessing Netflix through your Contour Box is possible with logging in. But I don’t recommend it. It’s convenient, but whether it’s via a built in app within your TV’s OS, or especially via a streaming media device like a Roku or Apple TV, Cox is going to compress the signal and the picture in comparison to what you see on Streaming devices is complete shite by comparison.

It’s supposed to be “Netflix and chill” (like with a girl), but to each his own.

Who am I to judge?

Yea I got the 85% warning yesterday too. Kids being home for holidays and streaming alot more than normal got us close to the 1024gb they give you. They'll charge $10 for 50gb more if you go over.

That's some absolute bullshite.

Data caps are one of the most asinine concepts of all time. It costs no more money to use 1 TB than it does to use 500 GB. Download/upload speeds are understandable, but cumulative data use is fricking ridiculous.
