Coviz is dying so we need a new problem

This is just how the species is. It needs a new problem to mentally chew on and occupy itself with. It cannot handle peace for very long because there is simply nothing to handle. That bothers it.
The species needs a position to identify with and thus it identifies with the yin or the yang and struggles over the problem. Whichever problem seems to be dominant at the moment. Since coviz is on the wane... "systemic racism" (an invention like coviz was) is now "the problem". Pick your side and enjoy, humans.

Corona was only a problem when they could use it to condemn and cow productive, decent citizens.

Make no mistake, this is all 100% driven by election year politics and not a human psyche issue. The left has been looking for a reason to destroy the economy and cause panic and they haven't been able to do it successfully until now.

COVID ended on Memorial Day when everyone said frick this. It was always a ploy to control the people so when the people stopped being controlled they had to move to plan B.

The continued extension of the lockdowns despite turning the corner is absolutely a sign of a nefarious intent. Couple that with the media's typical antics, and you'll see the answer. We were throwing people in jail for cutting hair a few weeks ago for Christ sake

I heard someone speaking about anxiety one time and he said that most people have sort of a baseline level of anxiety. So that as soon as the thing one is worried about goes away/gets resolved, one’s mind simply pushing something else in its space to maintain the homeostasis. He was speaking on a personal level but I guess the collective “consciousness” or media could work similarly. What seems different as of late to me is that the media and collective anxiety seem to have a totally one track mind now. There are plenty of bad things happening(and good things) to focus on, but it’s all in on one thing at a time now( first covid now this)
