Hate to break it to the law and order crowd, but this gets pled to destruction of property and - maybe - criminal mischief. Kids probably get a few nights at juvie, an ankle monitor, and get shipped to some not very nice military school in Texas or Alabama for the last two years of high school.

these two kids (good boys, both aspiring country music artists, from my understanding) are just victims of institutional power structures that prevent them from achieving their maximum potential. the deck has been stacked against them from the start. they dont need punishment, they need help. bless them.
