Yes, the jobs pay better, but people there don't spend money going out and entertaining others, and they hardly ever leave their houses except for work or to go to a school event or a play. So yes, they spend a lot of time at home, with just their families, watching movies in their media room.

Do that for a month and see how it goes, and if we continue to improve, maybe June 1, we can open up thing like concerts and major sporting events and movie theaters.

Much tougher sell for Louisiana when its considered one of the three hot spot states in the country.
The defiance of orders in the beginning is what got Louisiana to be labeled a hot spot state.

NOLA is no longer a hotspot. It is on the downside and appear to have the sharpest decline in the country.
