Yep...but I wouldn't mind seeing a comprehensive list of hoaxes. Kind of like DumbAss used to post, with the exception that I don't care if it's one or two random assclowns with an internet connection. I'm more interested in the ones that were widely disseminated.
This one is a REALLY bad look for progs. On the Reddit thread, the people defending the kids cited hour and minute to support their claims and the attackers were just responding with insults. Our resident proggies are avoiding these threads instead of posting links that might support their side. Initial critics are backing off (Scott Adams issued a retraction and apology). Even the NYT is now saying the full video tells a different story.

The issue with the mainstream only playing a specific short segment of an event that was taken out of context.
The black Jews said racial stuff to the Indians and the white boys.
It all kind of spiraled out of control from there.
The Indian guy with the drum got up in the kids faces

Narrative was that the natives were minding their own business and the students surrounded them, shouted insults, and chanted "Build the Wall".
Full video shows that the drummer approached the students and beat his drum. He got very close to one student's face, and the student simply smiled awkwardly. No video evidence supports a Build the Wall chant. Worst thing the kids did was the Florida State tomahawk chant which I could understand the natives mistaking for an insult, but they also did Seven Nation Army and cheers from their high school, mostly to distract from a group of crazy street preachers.

They might have a small chance of winning a false light case. They have zero chance of winning a libel case. The most likely outcome is the school loses.

Was that posted before the full unedited version of the video came out? The school was apologizing before the whole video came out and showed the kids just standing there while the Indian drummer guy approached them
