With the school districts realizing this week that it’s the middle of July and we better figure out how we’re getting kids back in school I’ve seen a huge virtue signaling surge in the teacher whining posts. With very few exceptions my teacher friends are all shocked and appalled that schools would even consider going back, fears for their safety, etc. “Wait, you mean we can’t continue staying home doing nothing while collecting full salary?”

So how long before we start seeing “Heroes” signs in teachers yards and tiktok videos of teachers being on the front lines? Do the nurses stand for their thunder being stolen?

That is hardly the case but I get your point.

How many of these teachers you speak of were also posting how they were crying and torn up worrying about their BABIES when schools closed for COVID?? Just curious

If it happens, you should remind them that their behavior, the behavior of the unions, and media have deemed their jobs and the education children as unessential.

Because private schools know that continuing online classes would be a death sentence for them because most parents won't be willing to pay that kind of money on tuition for online classes and would just enroll their kids in the public school virtual learning system instead.

You retards realize it’s the superintendents and central school offices deciding whether teachers and students go back or not, right? It appears you don’t.

People who never wanted to go to work in the first place are complaining about having to go back to work.

Superintendents and central offices aren’t the one posting on WDSU articles “they clearly don’t care about teachers. How could they think it’s okay to put our lives at risk?”

I wonder how many of these teachers have taken vacations, been eating out in restaurants three days a week, go out to clubs, etc.

I don’t give a shite about what anyone posts. The decisions about schools closing etc is made by the superintendents. Yes, I agree there are some useless teachers, but there’s also a majority that are really good ones that do a ton for parents and their kids daily lives.
