I see dozens of these in my feed. The insecurity of one who isnt comfotable with their spouse having their own social media account is off the charts

They are swingers. The joint facebook account with "FemaleNMale" is swinger's code like the upside down pineapple marker.

You see BethNJim, you know they are in the club. Expect to see lots of group hot tub pics with faces blacked out in their feed.

If the male name is first, this is usually a vanilla couple where someone has cheated.

My FIL had a FB account and my wife (no pics) would often message him using FB. Imagine the confusion a few months after his death when he began to "like" FB post from the grave.

Turns out the current wife had been using his account prior to his death and continues to do so.

It's creepy.

My daughter and her husband do. Never thought anything of it. They have a small business together

Very odd imo.

I picture the couple as the weird type to wear matching outfits on vacation.

That or one of them has serious trust issues.

Either way....not normal by any means.

Yes, that is just weird and dorky as hell.

I love my husband. But we don’t need to wear matching t shirts and shorts on vacation to signal we are a couple on vacation.

that may explain why so many strangers come up to my wife and I when we're on vacation and ask to take our picture. All this time I thought it was because of my rugged good looks and her stunning beauty.

I feel betrayed.

On older couples I see it and don't think twice about it. Couples my age,37, I would find it very odd..

I agree trust issues prolly number one reason, but the only people on my FB that do it are old and not so tech savy. My friends grandparents have a mamapoppa account to see the grandchildren and stuff but have little interest in social media.

No it isn’t. My wife had a Facebook account when I had zero interest in it. As she began connecting with our family and friends I eventually began talking to people, sending messages etc via her account. Eventually I just added my name to her account rather than starting my own and sending out hundreds of friend requests. I only in the last year started my own account because the wife was pissed I kept starting shite and getting our account banned . Ha
