Looks like a trailer to me. Is there really a law that says no trailers in the city limits ?

I doubt it's a city limits thing more than some putting a trailer in an area that isn't designated for trailers.

I wouldn't want to live in a neighborhood and have a lot next to me and someone decide they don't want a house but will just put a trailer on the lot and live there.

I would want them bounced also

Most important issue facing this country...whether preppers can take a trailer off grid in city limits.

if so, then I'd say that the city is doing nothing wrong.

Did the article mention that he was in the military by chance? Maybe I missed that important piece of information.

The law states no traliers in the city limits. He is breaking that law. As far as the utility company BS, thats BS.

If that land is zoned inside the city limits and there is a "no trailer policy" then the city is within their rights. Did it mention whether or not he had a septic system? Sanitation would be the biggest concern.

He won't win. If he wants to live off the grid, he has to live outside the grid, i.e. outside the city. What is the purpose of a city if not shared modern utilities?

I think anyone living in a trailer needs to be arrested for underachieving in life.
Probably doing meth anyway.
