The hardest thing about murder is separating yourself from the victim. I'm not talking about killing some guy in traffic, but like your neighbors husband who beats her but y'all drink all the time and he's the a-hole of the neighborhood. That guy. You gotta make sure no one would know that he was supposed to be with you. After that it's easy just go dump that shite outta dularge 30 foot in the marsh under some floatilla off some canal. Gators and nature will do the rest.

even if they have reason to suspect a motive, what can they do without a body or murder weapon?

Anyone ever seen a percentage anywhere of just how many actually do get away with it?
It's massive. Most murders go unsolved.

America’s homicide clearance rate—the percentage of solved crimes that lead to arrest—has fallen considerably in the past 50 years, from around 90% in 1965 to around 64% in 2012, according to federal statistics. This means more than 211,000 homicides committed since 1980 remain unsolved. Every year introduces nearly 5,000 more.

A very large proportion of murders go unsolved.

I'd have to do it where I wouldn't even be questioned. I have too much of a conscience. I'd fold. Which is why unless it was a kill or be killed situation I don't know how people these days can just take a life. (Hood shite, bar rooms, what have you)

This, and it started to get much tougher to just lock away the nearest black guy around that time.

Really not too easy to get away with murder these days with DNA and cameras everywhere unless someone you know or complete random.
Posted on 3/14/17 at 10:52 pm to AlonsoWDC
If you do...do it at the airport...with 2 witnesses (Cops)...and a camera man!
Sorry...I had to comment.
If you do murder someone...don't do it that way.

90% is definitely a pretty suspect number. With improved scientific methods (though I doubt much of that actually gets used in every day homicide) one wonders what that number really means. Were there that many bad convictions back in the day? It's kind of depressing. There's no doubt a whole story to what those numbers actually mean.

Of course. Would be simple

Must resist shiny hook.
I can't.
Your father did the thing all men wish they had the nerve to do.
An ex went through a similar situation, and I still wonder when someone is going to put her abuser in the ground.
