It was blue. Definitely blue tiles along the wall.
I worked at a mortgage company in there once it became a Tech Park and the Mickey D's still looked the same. BLue tiles, yellow plastic chairs attached to the floor.

As a young boy/pre teenager, Champs Sports and their selection of sneakers and Starter jerseys was GOAT.
Honorable mention to Service Merchandise and the foosball and ping pong tables out on display that could be played on as well as watching the air brush artist paint personalized shirts.
Oh and the people watching outside of Glamour Shots by Space Port was gold.

Hit the Merry Go Round for some parachute pants BRUH! with enough pockets to store your quarters for Space Port. Then Hit Mama Brava and then finish it off with Orange Julius.

The one across from piccadilly?
Bezek and Tron arcade games. My mom gave myself and my bro $5 apiece and she went shopping. Man the video arcade was a place I will never forget.

LOL. I guess we were different. I clearly remember the crazy exes. Crazy seems to team up with beauty.
See your point, but the 80s were a great time to be alive & party for me. If I made a real life movie of that era, nobody would believe it. LOL. Good times tho

Let’s reminisce on the good times.
I remember restaurants with dining rooms.

My first job at 16 was the kitchen at Chelsea Street. It lasted about two months until the Labor board classified us as a bar and not a restaurant.

There was an LSU baseball player who managed the Taco Bell down by Mervyns (sp)? His name will come to me. I was like 12, so early 90's.

Long time ago...TAs Tavern by Chimes...everybody walking around with a refill pitcher of draft beer in hand and a solo cup. What a time!
