Is that a threat???¿?? Cause there is no sports on TV do I really have nothing to do. I could spare a few minutes slamming you into the concrete.

It’s hilarious you continue to try to “battle” in this thread when you’ve already lost.
Only 60,000,000 cases to go until we pass h1n1

The asymptomatic cases wouldn’t normally get tested though. If you catch corona through community spread and are asymptomatic you are never going to get tested. The only way asymptomatic people get tested is in unique situations like the cruise ship or japan evacuees.
All those numbers show is there’s a whole bunch of people with flu and cold like symptoms not caused by corona
SK has drive up testing for anyone that wants it. They are also doing extensive tracing and testing all contacts regardless of symptoms. So SK has actually tested a lot of people without symptoms.

Don’t fall and break a hip. ICU beds are full.

Sure but why would a truly asymptomatic person who didn’t have knowingly have contact with a victim go get drive through tested? For shits and giggles?
I understand that their testing has likely picked up a bunch of mild symptom cases that otherwise wouldn’t be picked up, but unless there’s literally an in home test or a door to door rest idk how true asymptomatic folks would be picked up

As for the “one church, everyone gets sick” scenario. I can’t really say much to that. You can always come up with some specific worst case situation to argue against it.
Use the cruise ship as an example. Perfect incubator and only about a 1/3 got infected (I believe that’s right).

If South Korea can afford to test anyone that wants how the frick can’t the United States
Posted on 3/14/20 at 12:40 pm to tigerfan88
Because you could have it and spread to your parents or grandparents?
Posted on 3/14/20 at 12:40 pm to Elleshoe
Because the cdc made their own test and fricked it up instead of using whos

It's wild to think that this virus would have to kill over 100k people daily to prevent the world population from increasing

This seems both relevant and current.
Next you will say Obama was president.

Just read this on Yahoo.
World
People who fully recover from the coronavirus can be left with '20 to 30%' less lung function, and gasping for breath when they walk quickly, Hong Kong doctors find.
Not good.

Preventative measures? If they deal with a potentially sensitive population regularly like hospital patients or the elderly in general.
