Yeah. The world war kept people away from each other.

Spanish flu occurred at the end of the war when there was mass movement of people.

I think what you meant was that you realized your misunderstanding, but sure we can move on

Have we discussed the post-recovery of people with OVID-19? Early data out of Hong Kong says that out of 12 people 2-3 suffered a 20-30% drop in lung capacity.

Yes it’s a weak study and we don’t know if that lung capacity stays decreased long term. Many news articles are using that as click bait fearmongering.

Remember that you said it had little to nothing to do with the deaths. That is absurd

OMG, I’m a non-biased bystander, but you are obfuscating. He DID NOT say what you allege. He was speaking about percentages of cases that end in death. You are spamming the board with your foolishness.

Completely ignore that.

I won’t even classify that as “data”.

12 people in HK who had the virus, and only “2 or 3” had lung issues.

Yea, that is the literal definition of fearmongering.

He absolutely said it. And that rate is affected by things such as the demo and density. Her said those have nothing to do with it. His words are right there.
quote:

quote:

South Koreas population is also vastly more dense than the US and they use mass transit far more than Americans.
That has very little if nothing to do with the mortality rate

Don’t many elderly/ somewhat frail people experience similar after serious illness? Especially in the near term?

Are you drinking this early?

I said the rates in the data we have so far can change based on the demographics OF THAT STUDY

I said the population density has very little to do with mortality RATE

We are talking about the studies calculating mortality rate, not the countries as a whole

Then the calls for him to resign would get even more common

Plus the trash that would straight up wish for his death.

Well it didn’t exist 6 months ago so there’s that.

But I know what you mean
