Can't believe those militarized racist cops shot this guy!!! Once the cleaver is buried in someone's skull it can't be used again. Right? They definitely should have asked the guy to wait in their car or, if he insisted on leaving, tried to get some pictures of him on their cell phones so that he could possibly be arrested later when he calmed down. SMH.
