You have to treat cops like irrational bears that can attack at any time. Eye contact or any sudden noise or movement may cause them to launch a fatal attack on a human.

What was the old guys problem? He looked mad as hell and came at the cop like agressively and cursing him. I'm with the cop on this one. He could have had a gun on him.

The guy jumped out like he had a gun in his hand then charged the officer yelling and being irate. Cop was quick on the trigger but the driver asked for it.
