You can darken everything and keep the tV off etc, stay up all night and stay armed and keep a powerful flashlight with you. If anything breeches the house you then control the lighting with that flashlight. He'll be blinded. Or you can light everything up all night. Either way, if he's in your area you should be up all night, check the news in the morning, and survey your property when it's light outside, then clear your house. Then you can sleep.
