The cop clearly bent his arm more than he needed to.

This a handicapped minor. The cops should have called someone in who knew what they were doing, say like I don't a know, but a counselor with proper training.

Dead serious. There are people trained to deal with kids like this. Instead these overgrown middle school bullies decide to break his arm.

This. Were they trying to cuff him, or just bending his arm back to manhandle him? The first time they bend his arm back, it just looks a little excessive. Then when they crank his arm up andit snaps...holy frick. Way overboard. The kid looks like he has Downs. It's not like he was in the midst of criminal activity - his "resisting" amounted to sitting on a bus. If I were his parent (assuming he does have some mental disability), I'd settle for half a million - if I got to twist the cop's arm til it snaps.

they kept pushing his arm up, which would be ok if he could have fallen to the ground from that, but since he was propped up there was no where for that force to go except through his arm and break it.

he was pushing the arm in the completely wrong direction if he wanted to cuff the kid.

Kid understood what was going on and shouldn't have resisted. The cops explained to him multiple times to get off the bus without resisting as there would be risk of someone getting hurt. Cop didn't do it on purpose. Kid was well aware and marched off the bus once his arm snapped.

I hate cops as much as the next guy, but I know when to respect them. Those of you defending the punk kid are supporting pussification of America. Whatever happened to respecting authority?

USUALLY, none of this ever happens when complying with police commands.

Never seen a video to the contrary. I'm sure there are exceptions, But rare.

I'd let them break my arm for $1 million. Early retirement here I come.

Kid is an a-hole, not handicapped. Now he's handicapped a little though.
