I have two friends that have been planning how to set up a-hole cops pulling people over when bars close at night. They already have a site and their dash cams are working. Their plan is simple. Sit in a bar for hours while documenting they arent drinking. At 2:00 get in their car and leave and film the dickhead cop that pulls them over for not using their blinker. I’ll update TD with the info once their site is up.

Well it's the 4th the 5th the 6th of the 14th Amendment those are the constitutional amendments that have to do with the role and limits on law enforcement so which one you want to talk about first

Maybe it was a farce, but it dam sure wasn’t the biggest of 2020. For that claim, your credibility is questionable.

You're not calling out government agents, you post videos of where cops clearly overstepped the line and then accuse everybody else here of being on the side of ashole cops
nobody is on this cop's side
we all agree that he was wrong we all agree that he put the children at risk we all agreed that he over his stepped his authority we all agreed that we want to see her boobs
not one person has defended this cop don't post an extreme video of a bad cop's actions and try to indict all law enforcement with it

Where did I say every single cop is bad? You're putting words in my mouth again. What I have said is that I prefer people to take care of themselves instead of by the government. But if you like a nanny state, then that's your business. And I certainly do condemn cops who don't stop their bad coworkers or report them. Do you deny that there is a "blue wall of silence'?

Well clearly that's enough to get him in trouble void the arrest
She hasn't quite gone through the court system yet so there's no self incrimination she's not been denied a speedy trial she's not been denied an attorney
And there's nothing in a traffic enforcement that violate states rights
so a nerd could talk about how the Fourteenth Amendment might apply, theoretically but it doesn't
in this case it was clearly a violation of her fourth Amendment rights and the cop is a Major League a-hole
Again not one person is defending the cop

It really is exclusively a 4A violation, but the teeth are in 42 USC 1983.

Look I've had interactions with cops that have overstepped their authority I don't panic because I know my rights I don't need to get an argument with the cop at the point of the interaction or out in public I know how to handle myself and I know my rights
Besides having worked in government for 3 decades I could always get the ticket dropped

I was very 'back the blue' before covid. I have a more critical eye towards police/citizen interactions now. I'm not anti-cop by any means... every one I've met in my limited interactions has been wonderful... I still am more wary, though.

I can’t wait for them to expose how crooked so many cops are. Hopefully this will catch on in other cities/states and law enforcement can be exposed for the dickheads they are. What’s the goal? Police pulling people over and arresting people that break the law…not just fitting “the profile”
