Considering the cops can't handle simple cases in the city let alone the homicides, I think you may be right. When I went home for christmas, there was a news story about how someone stole about 50 large propane tanks from north philly and no one had any idea where they went. Wonder if there's some connection with this guy or if he's just crazy

What an odd set of coincidences: O out there crying the fake tears of a liar; LEO shot with "stolen" police weapon; police chief says national gov should do something about the guns on the streets; and shooter part of ISIS allegedly.
Guaranteed they don't say the shooter is here illegally but is "home grown".

Pic was of weapon on ground. I ASSUME shooters weapon since cop lived. He probably had white knuckle death grip on his pistol until help showed up.
