No information on location of the incident. My guess, somewhere in Chicago.
Man refuses to listen to police. Gets his jaw busted by a flashlight.
Action happens at the beginning of the video. Rest of the video is boring.

I am no expert as I have never been arrested. But, why does anyone think it is a good idea to challenge an PO and ignore instructions? Seems as if majority of these cases occur because someone decides they do not have to obey instructions given by LEO.

Before the advent of small LED flashlights, the beat down from a police 4 D cell flashlight was a legit concern.

The title says he hit the bad guy because the bad guy was playing loud music. He was actually hit because he ran from the police, then forgot to listen when he was told to hit the ground.
