Often called a Winter Halo and they are usually at a 22 degree radius around the moon.
There is another more rare one that is roughly twice as large and formed from different shaped ice crystals, I can't remember the exact degree but it is slightly over 44.

Since I'm not a nerd, I've actually never sent a picture (that I remember) over TD. Just too old for those kinda skills. Glad someone got my back and sent one.
