Not even close. The average transplant we get here understands its about dollars, and they're gone if they ruffle local feathers. Population has tripled and its still a consistent 65-70% Republican in 2 party presidential races.

They got any refineries or plants up there? I’m dying to get out of Louisiana but I like my job.

A great friend of mine moved there last year. This a a true Louisiana man that has lived and worked in LA his entire life.
We talked last month….he said his biggest complaint about moving is not moving to the Rogers area years before now. He loves it.

Both Benton and Washington counties have slowly shifted Democrat. With continued growth, both counties will be Dem strongholds in the next two election cycles. If that happens then the State of Arkansas will be closer to a Dem state.
We need more red state Louisiana voters to turn the shift.

Simply untrue.
Presidenial-
2020- Trump 62/35
2016- Trump 59/33
2012- Romney 62/35
2008- McCain 62/36
2004- Bush 68/31
2000- Bush 65/32
Esssentially unchanged in a generation. Same thing in contested Senate and House races.

I live in Fayetteville. It’s very nice and we aren’t going anywhere. Rogers and bentonville blow Fayetteville away right now however

The state of Arkansas is in no threat to fall to the Dems as of now but Arkansas could be sweating since both Benton and Washington Counties will continue to trend Democrat. Those are the two largest counties behind Pulaski County, a Democrat stronghold. If the trend continues then Arkansas will be just in the 50 percentile which is close.

Been here 30 years. Great place to be. Change for most part has been for the good. Don't move up here if you don't like to hunt, fish, mountain bike, kayaking clear water rivers, or enjoy a world class museum, sec sports, craft beer, beautiful 26 mile long greenway, cool cultural events at Walton Arts Center, great schools both public and private, low crime, etc. Now the food, although much better over the years, is not evenly remotely close to south Louisiana.
This but learn how to cook bf you go.

Fayetteville has always been Dem. Bentonville is turning into a Dem town as they have already torn down a Confederate statue on the square. The square had a BLM/Antifa rally that were throwing piss bottles at sheriff deputies which they responded with tear gas. They were not locals but out of state. Rogers is a blue collar town but is slowly turning Dem. The only true blue collar town right now is Springdale but it is inevitable that it will be a Dem city.
I suggest moving to towns outside of these cities as the housing is cheaper and so are the taxes.

That won't happen here. The Waltons control this area.

Id move to Grand Lake, OK if I were interested in that region. NWA is too liberal for me.
